Abstract

Strengthening creativity with innovative strategies, besides orienting and empowering it, is a necessity expressed by the educational communities, still more to those who work on inclusion processes, of priority aprroach; the same is true to the entrepeneur fields. That’s why lots of educators start and keep their continuing education relating to the role that creativity and its application play, in addition to the performance of his educational/social work on helping the collectives more in need. Then, the importance of creativity in human beings’ development and, above all, as a challenge to the 21st century teachers, as well as the relationship with the concept of resilience and creation of support networks by creative reading/writing – experience that we propose to continue froging new places to analysis and construction of the individual by social identity, communal and without borders.
