Abstract

Azerbaijani Turks, an aboriginal population of Western Azerbaijan, settled in various areas after being deported from their homeland for thousands of years. As a result of this process, they are deprived of a compact life, their dialectal features become increasingly neutral, and this process later manifests itself in the field of teaching and learning. However, Western Azerbaijani dialects have rich lexical and grammatical features. It contains traces of the most ancient periods of the Azerbaijani language, which are important for research, study and teaching. The Azerbaijani language is extremely important in terms of studying the history of these problems on the basis of teaching materials. Therefore, the aim of this study was to literary language names in Western Azerbaijani dictionaries.
