Abstract

The educational system in Brazil is one of the sectors which most employ women. We can check it only if we observe how the teacher scene is made to verify how a kind of sexual "ghetto" is formed. Specially, in education for children this situation worsens due to the peculiar characteristic of this institution which articulates the education and the attention required to little children. So this article tries to promote some observation about how the gender interferes in a daily life of a day care centre from the speech of the teachers. This speech was collected from a research about social practices with reference to feminist studies.
