Abstract

The project “Learning to Preserve Playing”, shown below, was conducted with children of recreation in the CER Padre Bernardo Plate in Araraquara – SP, exploring the topic of environment, by way of storytelling, music, production of pictures and manufacture of toys from recyclable materials. The project goal was to collaborate in the formation of the child as a citizen who should care for and preserve its environment and to promote its full development in the physical, cognitive, social and emotional aspects. Despite some restrictions coming from the educational agents, overall, it was possible to achieve the expected results.
