About the Journal
DOXA - Revista Brasileira de Psicologia da Educação is a journal with 22 years of existence that gathers in its issues scientific articles from the great areas of Psychology and Education. It has become one of the official journals of the Faculdade de Ciências e Letras. The journal has always been published in print. In 2017 we became part of the Open Journal system/OJS - online publications. Until 2020, the periodicity was biannual, (Jan./Jun. and Jul./Dec.).
In 2021, DOXA: Revista Brasileira de Psicologia e Educação begins its new trajectory, becoming a journal of Continuous Publication, thus aiming to contribute to the agility in the publication process of articles accepted after blind peer review, not needing to wait for an edition. This new way of publishing ensures greater visibility of the research and its authors. The journal is currently hosted by NUSEX - Núcleo de Estudos da Sexualidade.
Submissions are continuous flow.
In recent years, 2017-2020, the journal has achieved several indexations, visibility, citations and recognition of its quality. And in 2020 it started publishing in bilingual format, as the internationalization process is essential for the publications of Brazilian and international researchers.
