The journal does not publish manuscripts that violate human rights, inclusion, or plurality. Committed to respecting diversity, the journal aims to promote equity—from its editorial board and contributors to the values conveyed through published manuscripts. In addition to fostering respect for diversity, the journal is also committed to actively addressing all forms of inequity.

We seek to ensure geographic diversity among article authors and to encourage methodological diversity in research.
