Editorial, v. 25, n. 1, jan./apr. 2021 Science communication and dissemination, an act of public policy

he Revista on line de Política e Gestão Educacional - RPGE published its first issue in 2001 and completes 21 years of existence this year, 2021. During its trajectory, RPGE has gone through several changes – from biannual to four-monthly publication, new indexers, internationalization, implementation of the Open Journal System (OJS) platform –, in addition to improvements in design and editorial management processes.

Currently, and steadily, RPGE has as essential values the quality of the articles and their publications, the ethical opinion with continuous and humanized dialogue with the authors, and the technical and scientific training of the editorial team, which has been standing out for the editorial management for the processes that a scientific journal applies from the receipt of the submission to the publication of the article.
