Prospects for the development in Russia regarding e-governance and e-education

Abstract

E-education or e-learning delivers education or any training by electronic teaching methods. The paper investigates foreign models of e-education and e-government development. The large-scale use of information technology in the management of education and government feedback requires huge costs for processing big data and the need to ensure the security of information stored in the e-government and e-education system. A descriptive-analytical method is utilized to meet the study’s aim, and several relevant articles are considered. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the services defined in the Concept for the phased creation and development of a new digital platform in Russia have already been created and function in one form or another in several foreign models.
