Digital technologies play a key role in enhancing the educational process, promoting greater accessibility, and effectiveness, and preparing future teachers to live in an information-oriented society. This study uses digital technologies to explore the possibilities for training primary school teachers based on the ethnopedagogical characteristics and traditions of Kazakhstan. The article presents the results of an experimental study introducing a methodology for training primary school teachers aimed at enhancing their ethnopedagogical competencies through digital technologies. The research concludes that the incorporation of digital technologies in the training of primary school teachers, based on the ethnopedagogical peculiarities and traditions of Kazakhstan, requires mastery of both theoretical and practical aspects of contemporary digital technologies, as well as the promotion of essential competencies, including ethnopedagogical ones.
