El estado actual y las tendencias de desarrollo de los sistemas educativos en Rusia y China durante la pandemia del coronavirus

Resumen

Este artículo examina los cambios en las relaciones económicas y de gestión en la educación en condiciones de pandemia. Los autores tenían como objetivo identificar los problemas clave que surgieron después de que los gobiernos nacionales introdujeron medidas restrictivas y hubo una transición de la educación tradicional a la educación a distancia. Además, los autores propusieron recomendaciones para garantizar el acceso universal a la educación como requisito previo para el crecimiento económico sostenible. La base metodológica fueron las disposiciones de las teorías de bienes públicos y capital humano. Estas teorías consideran la educación como un bien público y un área de acumulación de capital humano. Los autores concluyeron que la crisis económica causada por la pandemia de coronavirus disminuyó la calidad del capital humano y creó requisitos previos para la introducción de tecnologías educativas innovadoras. Además, los autores establecieron que el derecho universal a una educación de alta calidad con tecnologías innovadoras es una condición clave para garantizar un crecimiento económico sostenible.
