Abstract

Against the backdrop of fundamental and comprehensive reform in education and training, strengthening the triadic relationship between school, family, and community has become a critical condition for improving the quality of holistic education, particularly at the primary level, where the foundations of personality are first shaped. The management of coordination among schools, families, and society in primary education is a pivotal management task, contributing to the comprehensive development of students’ qualities and competencies and orienting them towards a learning society. This article clarifies the importance of managing coordination between schools, families, and society in educating students in primary schools, examines the current situation of such management in recent years, and proposes fundamental contents and measures for managing such coordination. The proposed measures are expected to contribute to the comprehensive development of primary students’ personalities and to better meet the demands of ongoing innovation in primary education in Vinh Long.
