Resumen

Este estudio analizó la potencia explosiva, la velocidad y la agilidad en jóvenes futbolistas de 15 a 18 años, destacando el uso de tablas normativas como herramientas para la educación deportiva y la gestión del entrenamiento. Basado en la evaluación formativa del rendimiento y el desarrollo de jóvenes deportistas, el estudio incluyó a 1.842 jugadores de clubes turcos. Se aplicaron pruebas de sprint de 10 m y 30 m, salto horizontal y prueba T. Los datos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva, correlación de Pearson, regresión lineal simple, ANOVA y clasificaciones percentilares. Los resultados mostraron que la potencia explosiva predice significativamente el rendimiento en velocidad y agilidad, con una mejora progresiva entre los grupos de edad. Se concluye que la evaluación física puede orientar la planificación pedagógica, el seguimiento individualizado y la gestión basada en evidencias, favoreciendo prácticas más inclusivas, evitando la exclusión deportiva temprana y promoviendo el desarrollo integral de los jóvenes deportistas.
