Resumo

Este estudo analisou a potência explosiva, a velocidade e a agilidade em jovens jogadores de futebol de 15 a 18 anos, discutindo o uso de tabelas normativas como instrumentos para a educação esportiva e a gestão do treinamento. Fundamentado na avaliação formativa do desempenho e no desenvolvimento de jovens atletas, o estudo envolveu 1.842 jogadores de clubes turcos. Foram aplicados os testes de sprint de 10 m e 30 m, salto horizontal e teste t, com análise por estatística descritiva, correlação de Pearson, regressão linear simples, ANOVA e classificações percentuais. Os resultados demonstraram que a potência explosiva prediz significativamente o desempenho em velocidade e agilidade, com melhora progressiva ao longo das idades. Conclui-se que a avaliação física pode orientar o planejamento pedagógico, o monitoramento individualizado e a gestão baseada em evidências, contribuindo para práticas mais inclusivas, evitando a exclusão esportiva precoce e favorecendo o desenvolvimento integral dos jovens atletas.
