Análise dos processos migratórios na educação russa no contexto da transformação social e cultural em curso

O artigo explora processos de migração de mão-de-obra na educação escolar russa moderna. A relevância desta pesquisa deve-se à atual escassez de professores nas escolas russas, especialmente jovens especialistas. O principal método foi a análise de conteúdo qualitativo de documentos, dados estatísticos e recursos disponíveis sobre o tema. Este artigo mostra que o estado transitório da sociedade russa moderna – transformação social e cultural – tem um impacto significativo nos processos de migração profissional. O artigo revela a conexão entre a transformação social e cultural em curso e os processos de migração do trabalho de professores e egressos de universidades pedagógicas, o que é uma nova perspectiva para considerar essa questão, uma vez que o problema da migração do trabalho não foi examinado a partir desse ângulo.
