Desafíos modernos de la educación jurídica superior

El artículo considera los impactos externos e internos en la sociedad moderna que crean condiciones únicas para su funcionamiento, es decir, una combinación del desarrollo exponencial de la tecnología de la información y la dinámica inestable del COVID-19. Asumiendo una convivencia objetivamente condicionada de los desafíos modernos y la sociedad social con sus instituciones más importantes, los autores del artículo realizan un amplio estudio interdisciplinario. Esto les permite rastrear la influencia mutua de las propiedades socio-psicológicas internas y las formas institucionales externas de gestión de la sociedad proporcionadas por el sistema de regulación legal. Los autores han analizado la modernización de la institución social más importante que regula la socialización de una personalidad (la educación), la transformación de sus metas, objetivos, mecanismos, métodos y herramientas. Como resultado, los autores han concluido que la popularización de las tecnologías digitales está predeterminada objetiva y naturalmente por las nuevas metas y objetivos de esta institución social en las condiciones modernas. Sin embargo, requiere una transformación del marco regulatorio actual.
