Resumen

Las instituciones de educación superior deben desarrollar no solo conocimientos profesionales, sino también actividad cognitiva, habilidades de investigación y disposición para el aprendizaje autónomo. Este estudio analiza si un programa de formación puede mejorar la actividad cognitiva de estudiantes universitarios. La investigación combina análisis teórico y experimento pedagógico con grupos experimental y de control. La actividad cognitiva se evaluó mediante componentes motivacional-volitivos y procedimental-operacionales, utilizando instrumentos psicológicos y pedagógicos consolidados. Los resultados muestran que los estudiantes que participaron en el programa presentaron mayor motivación cognitiva, orientación al éxito, autorregulación volitiva, reflexión y capacidad de aprendizaje que los estudiantes del grupo de control. Los hallazgos confirman la eficacia de condiciones psicológicas y pedagógicas específicas para activar la actividad cognitiva en la educación superior.
