Regulamentação da atividade educacional como fator de garantia da qualidade do ensino superior sob restrições (COVID-19)

Resumo

O artigo apresenta os resultados do estudo das atividades de definição de padrões das instituições de ensino superior (alguns aspectos dessas atividades nas condições da pandemia). Os autores concluem que as condições da pandemia e da transição para o trabalho a distância determinaram a necessidade de correções na legislação que rege a atividade das instituições de ensino para manter o nível de qualidade do ensino superior. Em particular, devido à transição em massa dos alunos para o ensino a distância, há uma necessidade de criar padrões de qualidade para o ensino a distância e o procedimento de certificação para universidades que usam ensino híbrido e a distância.
