Resumen

El artículo fundamenta teórica y empíricamente el desarrollo de la cultura jurídica de estudiantes universitarios como condición de responsabilidad cívica y preparación profesional. El alcance empírico se limita a 124 estudiantes de segundo a cuarto año de Trabajo Social y Enseñanza de Lenguas Extranjeras; por lo tanto, los hallazgos se interpretan como institucionales y específicos de los programas, no como nacionalmente representativos. El estudio combina revisión de literatura, análisis conceptual cualitativo, cuestionarios, encuestas y pruebas, con resultados procesados de forma anónima y presentados de manera agregada. La investigación identifica niveles, criterios e indicadores de la cultura jurídica estudiantil, compara los dos grupos y propone un programa basado en debates, discusiones, clases invertidas y juegos empresariales. Los resultados muestran que la educación jurídica sistemática debe combinar conocimiento legislativo con ejercicios prácticos de toma de decisiones legales, protección de derechos y responsabilidad cívica.
