Regulación de la actividad educativa como factor para asegurar la calidad de la educación superior bajo restricciones (COVID-19)

Resumen

El artículo presenta los resultados del estudio de las actividades normativas de las instituciones de educación superior (ciertos aspectos de dichas actividades en las condiciones de la pandemia). Los autores concluyen que las condiciones de la pandemia y la transición al trabajo a distancia determinaron la necesidad de correcciones en la legislación que rige las actividades de las instituciones educativas para mantener el nivel de calidad de la educación superior. En particular, debido a la transición masiva de los estudiantes al aprendizaje a distancia, existe la necesidad de crear estándares de calidad para la educación a distancia y el procedimiento de certificación para las universidades que utilizan el aprendizaje combinado y a distancia.
