The changes in education policy in the context of educational innovation in Vietnam

The context of educational innovation is showing the need to change education policy. It is an urgent need of the country and also a fundamental solution to comprehensively reform education. Past years of practice show that education policy has not met new education requirements in Vietnam. Studying the educational policies issued in the past as well as the present of the education system, shortcomings can be found. Based on past and present educational policy documents, the assessment of current education policies, the urgent requirements of education reform, and the impact of the world and domestic situation, this study points out the need for political reform on educational policy, thereby recommending necessary solutions to continue innovating education policies in the future, contributing to the development of the education system, meeting the requirements outlined in the context of comprehensive innovation of education in Vietnam.
