Developing the future bachelors’ information needs in the university's information and education environment

This article aims to identify the effectiveness of a set of pedagogical conditions for the development of information needs of future bachelors in the information and educational environment. The main theoretical methods used are analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization. The central method is the experiment, in which 104 bachelors of the 2nd year took part. The article clarifies the concept of "needs", and their features in order to identify the conditions. The authors elaborate on the concept of "information needs of future bachelors" given the existing different definitions in pedagogy; define the properties of these needs; substantiate the possibility and necessity to develop future bachelors' information needs in learning and information activities on the basis of the university's information and education environment under the modern higher education informatization.
