Competencia de los profesores universitarios para organizar y realizar la enseñanza a distancia en una universidad

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de la superación profesional en la eficacia del trabajo docente en la modalidad a distancia. Con base en un estudio empírico utilizando el método de la encuesta, se identifican los niveles de competencias que comprenden la competencia en la organización y conducción de la educación a distancia entre los docentes del ámbito técnico-informático y pedagógico. Los resultados obtenidos dan testimonio de la necesidad de mejorar las calificaciones pedagógicas de los docentes en la dirección de mejorar la competencia en el campo de las tecnologías informáticas de la información y su aplicación en la educación, así como en el campo de las tecnologías de Internet y la educación a distancia.
